Report #2 for Tuesday, August 18^th, 2026

5 sets and 1 Bible were given.

On this particular day, there were two teams: one with two members and another with one. They stayed in the same area; there were not many people, but there was a steady flow. Both teams had many conversations, and many pamphlets were distributed. The doors to the hearts of the people were wide open, and they were able to share and give the Word of God.

The team member who was alone reported:  A pamphlet on antisemitism in Hebrew and the Isaiah 53 leaflet were given to a Hasidic Jewish man who was accompanied by his son. When the team member presented the antisemitism pamphlet, the man was very receptive and accepted it. The team member explained that all the verses written in the pamphlets were from the Tanakh. The team member then remarked that she was a Messianic Jew. The team then offered him the Tanakh as a gift, but the man responded that he already had one. The team member asked him whether he had ever read the passage in Isaiah 53 or knew what it meant. He responded that he did know; the member shared that the Messiah can remove sins and make one tsadik. The man responded in astonishment and said, “Wow.” He was shown the back of the pamphlet and told that first-century rabbis believed this passage spoke of the Messiah. He was also shown where he could read their commentaries on the back of the leaflet and explained how Rashi later came along and changed the interpretation of the passage to say it spoke about Israel. The member shared that this was impossible, as the passage was addressed to Israel and that Israel could not remove or forgive sins, as only God can. He was told that it was impossible to be saved by good works and that justification was by grace through faith alone, quoting Habakkuk 2:4 and sharing the example of Abraham, who was justified by God as righteous because he believed in the Word of God and His promises. As the team member was offering him the Brit Chadashah, they talked about Yeshua, His genealogy, and spoke of the fulfillment of the prophecies of His first coming. At that moment, a Hasidic man came out of the bank, and the young Hasidic man started to distance himself. The member gave him the Beth Ariel card, and he asked her then if her mother was Jewish. The team member responded that, unfortunately, her father had been taught by the rabbinical Jews that the children were not Jewish, which was completely false, and the member gave the example of Moses and Joseph, who were not married to Jewish women, but whose children were Jewish. As Jacob said in Genesis 48: 5 regarding the children of Joseph: “Manasseh is mine and Ephraim is mine”. The conversation ended, and the man kept all the literature.

One set in French/Hebrew was given to a Jewish woman who told the team that her mother was Jewish. She was in a hurry but very excited to receive the set, all the literature, and the Beth Ariel card. She was thankful and wore a big smile.

One set in English/Hebrew was given to a Jewish woman who mentioned that she lived in a senior facility. She was very happy to receive the set, and the member encouraged her to have someone read the Scriptures to her. She was very thankful.

One set in English/Hebrew was given to an Israeli man. He was very humble and received the set, the literature, and the Beth Ariel card. The team member shared her faith in Yeshua and had a brief conversation with him about sin and righteousness that can be imputed to him through the Messiah. He received the Isaiah 53 leaflet and was encouraged to take time to read it. He was deeply touched and thankful.

One set in French/Hebrew was given to a Sephardic woman. She was very responsive as the member spoke with her about sin, righteousness, and how this righteousness can be found through the Messiah. The member explained that Yeshua is the Messiah, shared His genealogy, and showed how the prophecies were fulfilled at His first coming. She was told she could read in the Brit Chadashah about His return and was shown the prophecy in Zechariah 12:10. They discussed “false Christians” and the importance of truly knowing who Yeshua was as portrayed in the Scriptures. The member shared that only a remnant will be saved from the nation of Israel, gave the example of Elijah, and noted that only a remnant of the nations would be saved as well. The woman shared that she was leaving for France and received the whole set and all the literature. A member gave her the Beth Ariel card and mentioned that she could listen to the messages online. The woman was very grateful.

A Bible in French was given to a woman from Italy. Another team member then joined the conversation, noting that she was Italian, so they were able to speak in Italian. They briefly discussed how God wanted her heart, desired a relationship with her, and urged her not to focus on religion. They talked about sin and shared the gospel with her. She was thankful, received the Beth Ariel contact card, and was invited to visit their congregation.

One set in French/Hebrew was given to a Jewish woman. She was very timid but took the whole set and was very surprised to learn it was a gift. When the team member presented the Brit Chadashah and spoke about Yeshua, Jesus, as the Messiah, she wanted to take it right away. They discussed the righteousness found in Yeshua and how He was a Jew. They also talked about antisemitism. The team member gave her the Beth Ariel card; however, the woman shared that she did not have internet. The team member encouraged her to read the Word and to call if she had any questions. She was very thankful and had a big smile.

The team thanked God for His protection and for the beautiful outing they all had.

Report for Thursday, August 20^th, 2026

3 sets, 1 Brit Chadashah and 1 Bible were given.

There was a team of three women out on this day, first at a small local shopping area and then at a larger area as well. The first area that a team of two visited was noted to be frequented by Sephardic Jews.

They met a Jewish Moroccan woman who was waiting for someone who had gone to the store. She received all the literature and the entire set. They had a brief conversation with her about Yeshua, the Jewish Messiah. She was very excited and very thankful.

A member approached two Jewish men and handed them the antisemitism pamphlet. As the members began a conversation with them and offered the set, the woman who had just received one left the store and returned to the team while the two men were still with them. Upon returning to the team, she handed back the set and the literature, explaining that she had thought it was something else when she took the gift. The two men did not accept the gifts at the time, but they kept the pamphlet and all the literature.

A set in French/Hebrew was given to a Jewish man born in Algeria. He received the antisemitism pamphlet and shared with the team members that he lived in Israel from 1960 to 1980, served in the army, and participated in many wars, including the Six-Day War. He shared that, despite many persecutions, he had always been content and happy. He told them that, when he left Israel, he had regretted that decision until now and considered it the wrong one. He recently encountered many problems and health issues. He shared that, despite what was going on, he wanted to keep the family together and make sure the Sabbath would be celebrated with his whole family. The team members had a very long conversation with him for about 30-40 minutes, discussing the Messiah, Yeshua, sin, righteousness that one can have in the Messiah, and many other subjects. The team members were very touched by his integrity, transparency, and openness to sharing and interacting with them.

The two team members went to another mall because they were meeting another team member there. Two of the team members started the outing together, while one of them was alone.

The two team members gave a Tanakh in English/Hebrew to a Jewish couple and a Brit Chadashah in English/Hebrew to a Jewish woman. The wife received the Tanakh and asked the team members questions like, “Were these really the Hebrew Scriptures and not the Catholic Bible?” They reassured her that it was indeed the Tanakh and offered her the Brit Chadashah as well, but she did not want to take it. The husband was very happy to receive the Hebrew Scriptures, telling the team members that, from generation to generation, they have trusted in the Name (Hashem). They spoke about Yeshua, the Messiah, and started a conversation with the couple. They noticed a Jewish woman who was also listening to the conversation. She also received all the literature but did not take the Tanakh, as she already had one. She did, however, take the Brit Chadashah, the same one the wife had not taken. Both the couple and the woman were very happy as the team left them.

One set in Hebrew was given to an Israeli woman. She now lives in Montreal but said she still has family in Israel. She received the entire set and thanked them in Hebrew, saying, “Todah raba.” The members were able to share their faith in Yeshua. She was very happy to receive the set, as Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur were coming soon. The team members hugged her and gave her a comfort card as well.

One set in Hebrew, including all the literature, was given to a young woman. The member explained what the Brit Chadashah was about and how Yeshua/Jesus was the Messiah. As the team members gave her the Beth Ariel card, oone of the members shared that their grandmother was from Casablanca, as was the pastor/rabbi from their congregation. She was very grateful.

A French Bible was given to a Moroccan man. He shared with the team members his love for the Jewish people and Morocco’s warm welcome to them. He explained that when he lived in Morocco, people helped one another, giving the team members an example of how Arab and Jewish mothers cared for and babysat each other’s children. The team members spoke about Yeshua/Jesus being a Jew and how he came to save those who believed in Him. They also discussed the divinity of Yeshua, the Trinity, sin, the redemption of man, and salvation by grace through faith. He was attentive and very thankful when the team members spoke to him. The team members were deeply touched by his humility, kindness, and love for the Jewish people.

The team members thanked God for this wonderful outing and for God’s amazing grace, as the doors were wide open and the hearts were open to receive.  Praise the Lord!

Team #2 Report for August 20^th 2026

1 set and 1 Tanakh

This team member met a Jewish man who was kind from the start. She immediately shared the message of the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua, and explained how one could be reconciled with Him, noting that He was the Prince of Peace. He accepted the antisemitism pamphlet and the Beth Ariel contact card but was very surprised when offered the Tanakh. He was very appreciative and thanked her as he accepted the Scriptures. She then spoke to him about the Messianic viewpoint. He was so thankful that he went to his car and told her he had a gift for her. Returning, he gave her some kosher baked goods and confirmed that he worked at a well-known Jewish bakery. The member presented him with the Brit Chadashah, which he accepted as well, and he was very happy indeed.

The team member had a good conversation with a Jewish man, but the man did not accept the Scriptures. Instead, he took the comfort card and the Beth Ariel contact card and continued the conversation, emphasizing the importance of a personal relationship with the Jewish Messiah. He was thankful for the conversation.

The team member then met a French-speaking man from Morocco who accepted the antisemitism pamphlet from her. After presenting the Tanakh to him, the team member noted that he was open to discussing the Messiah. However, when offered the Brit Chadashah, he politely declined but was happy to receive the Tanakh and other literature.

The team member also had a brief conversation with a Muslim man.

The member was grateful for the conversations and thanked everyone for praying for the entire team.
